What are these badges?
These badges are pretty much an extension of the rider's personality. They represent what the person likes, does for a living, loves doing or feels identified with. They can be also used to represent your group, club, favorite riding spot or even an event that you have attended.

How many badges do you get when you place an order?
Our Badges come in singles, not sets. If you add just one to your cart, you will get one single badge.

Should I put my badge(s) on the right or left side of my bike?
That is 100% up to you. There are no rules on where to put them, or how many to get. Let your imagination go wild!

You could place the badges on your fairings, saddlebags or anywhere else on your bike as long as the surface is flat and clean.

Please make sure to clean the desired area with rubbing alcohol prior to applying the badge in order to remove any polish, wax or cleaning product that could potentially repel the tape.

In cold weather, warm up the area with a heat gun or hair dryer before applying the badge for proper adhesion.

Can you custom make a badge for me? Even if it's only 1 or 2?
Yes! We can custom make any badge that you need. There is no extra cost and no minimum quantity required. Please send us a message with all the details and we can go from there. The price will depend on the size/shape of your badge but you can get a pretty good idea by just checking out the ones we already have on the website.

Make sure you check your junk mail folder if you haven’t heard from us within one day. We usually reply to you within hours. We are quick!

As a side note, keep in mind that the simpler the design the better. Badges are small, and designs that are too complex will not look good from a few steps back,

I want a custom badge but I don't have a design? Can you help me?
Absolutely! We can design it for you, all we need to know is the basic details and we will take care of the rest!

I own a shop, do you offer wholesale pricing? Or do you offer discounts if have a group/club and want to place a bulk order?
Yes, we do. Depending on the size of your order we can work something out. The bigger the order the better deal we can offer you. Please send us a message to inquire about it.

What size are these badges?
Our badges come in different sizes but the most common ones are the rectangular badges and they are about 1.95" long by 0.5" tall. The other style that we offer is about 1.3" tall by 1.3" wide (or 1.3" diameter in case of a perfect circle). But, if you want to be 100% sure please send us a message and ask before placing an order. We usually specify the measurements on the product's page. Last but not least, all badges are 1/16" thick.

Are these badges made in the USA?
Yes! Our badges are designed and made IN-HOUSE in the USA. We are located in Colorado.

What are your badges made of?
Our badges are made of an outdoor & UV rated high quality polymer material (super resistant plastic). They are finished with a premium engraved top layer.

Since our material is UV rated. It will not fade and it will be completely fine dealing with the elements (sun, snow, rain, dirt, dust, etc.)

Why Plastic and not Metal?
Plastic is lighter, easier to customize, doesn't reflect the sun, doesn't rust, doesn't build patina, doesn't have to be painted, and it will not create sparks if you were to drop your bike.

Also, since not all bikes have 100% flat surfaces, our material will adapt to the surface as long as the curvature is not super pronounced, like a helmet. Keep this in mind: The flatter, the better!

With all that being said, rest assured, our material is great and it will last for a long time! We have tested it on our own vehicles.

How can I clean my badges?
If your badge is not looking as good as the day you bought it. There a very simple thing you need to do.

Do this once every other month, or whenever it is needed: Clean the badge with water and soap, and once it is completely dry apply a small dab of any plastic restorer product (like Back to Black, by Mothers). Using a microfiber towel, rub the product all over the badge. Let it sit there for a minute or so and then remove the excess. Your badge will come back to life!

Are the badges made for a specific Motorcycle model?
No they are not. These badges are intended to be used on any motorcycle, no matter what make, year, model, cc. As a matter of fact, you can use them anywhere else you want, as long as the surface is flat and clean!

How can I attach the badges to my Motorcycle?
Our badges come with ultra-thin 3M double-sided tape on the back.

Simply peel off the backing paper and attach them anywhere on your Motorcycle as long as it is a clean flat surface.

Please keep in mind that sometimes the surface might look clean but if you used wax or any other product to make your paint shine, this might repeal the tape. Make sure that you use rubbing alcohol on the desired area and clean it a couple of times before applying the badge. This will ensure the proper adhesion.

Also, please make sure it is a warm out. If it's too cold, we recommend warming up the area with a hair dryer prior to applying the badge(s).

TIP: Use painter's tape as an alignment guide. These badges stick real good and once you put them on, they will STICK!

How can I remove the badges from my Motorcycle?
So, you decided that you want to remove a badge. Now what? Don't worry! It is a simple task that requires little time but you cannot rush this to avoid any damage to your bike.

The tools you will need for this job is a heat gun (it is under $20 at Harbor Freight or Amazon) and a plastic tool without any sharp edges that you will use to pry the badge and carefully pull it out.

NOTE 1: Using a heat gun can cause burns to your skin. BE VERY CAREFUL or use protective gloves!!! 

NOTE 2: DO NOT keep the heat gun sitting on the same spot for too long. Motorcycle fairings are plastic and you don't want to melt it! If you are not comfortable doing this, let somebody else do it for you. We are not responsible if you damage your bike! Please be careful!

Instructions: Put the heat gun in the MAX setting and start heating up the badge for about 45 seconds and about 1inch away. Do not let the heat sit on one spot for too long to avoid any paint or fairing damage. Move the heat gun slowly, side-to-side.

Once you see the silver color on the badge becoming "sweaty", this means the badge is getting to the right temperature for you to be able to remove it.

With the help of a plastic tool, carefully try to bend/pry the badge out of place. Once the badge pops out, you can finish the rest easily by pulling it. BE CAREFULL, because it will be VERY HOT

If you are not sure you can do this, get professional help to avoid scratching or damaging your bike. We are not responsible for any damages you or others could cause to your motorcycle for trying to do this.

Can I move the badges around if I want to?
Our badges use a very strong 3M double-sided tape and once they are attached to the Motorcycle they are not meant to be moved around. That's why we recommend using painter's tape as a placement guide to avoid crooked installs or misplacements.

If needed, you can remove the badges (instructions above) but chances are you will damage the badge when doing so. However, you could take your time and if you are careful and patient enough you might be able to save them and reuse them.

Can I wash my Motorcycle without my badges falling off?
Absolutely! Yes, you can and they will not fall off as long as you properly applied them.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.  We can ship all over the world.

Please keep in mind there might be Brokerage, Import, Duty and/or Tax fees associated with your purchase. These fees are set by your local government. For questions on how to pay those fees, if there are any, please contact your local authorities.

What is the difference between the shipping options? (USA only)
USPS Ground Advantage: This is our base/flat rate shipping option. Your order goes using USPS with tracking number and should take somewhere between 3-5 business days to arrive depending on where you live.

Expedited (RUSH): Expedited shipping option is the same as USPS Ground Advantage but it also includes a RUSH status which means, your order will go on top of the production line so it can get produced and out the door as soon as possible. Most of the times same or next business day.

Priority + RUSH: This is the fastest way to get your badges produced and shipped out. This option includes a RUSH status which means your order will go on top of the production line so it can get produced and out the door as soon as possible. Most of the times same or next business day. The shipping method we use for this one is USPS Priority.

UPS Ground + RUSH: This is the most reliable method, and it also includes production RUSH. We use UPS Ground for those people who don't like USPS. Please keep in mind that UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes.

NOTE: Sometimes the Post Office, and very rarely UPS, do not deliver the packages on time. This is something we do no have control over and we cannot do much about it. Once your package has been dropped off, it is up to the mail carrier to deliver it on time.

There are multiple reasons why your package could have been delayed and even though we really wish this wouldn't happen, sometimes it does happen but it has nothing to do with us.

We work hard to get your badges out the door as soon as possible but ultimately, we depend on the mail carrier to finish the task.

What should I do if my package hasn't arrived after a while?
This is a good question. We put a tremendous effort to get your badges produced and out the door as quickly as possible, most of the times they are out-the-door same or next business day. On perfect circumstances after we drop off your badges at the post office it shouldn't take more than 2-5 business days to arrive, however, there are some cases where the packages seem to take longer, and in a few cases MUCH LONGER (a few extra days or even weeks).

The short answer to this question would be: Please contact your local post office (or UPS if you chose that method) immediately.

NOTE: If your package has been declared as lost, please contact us so we can open a claim. If you open a claim, we will not be able to help you!

There are a few reasons why your package may be delayed. According to our experience these could be:

1) Post office didn't scan the package and it is moving within their network and it seems like we never dropped it off. In most cases your package shows up at your local post office within a week or two without a single update in the tracking number and it only updates when it is out for delivery.

2) Package may get stuck somewhere in between us (Colorado) and you (Anywhere in the USA or the World). In most cases the package sits there for a while then it starts moving again. Usually when this happens they update the tracking number to something like "you package will arrive later than expected".

3) Your package was sent to another state due to a sorting error. This is a rare mistake by the post office sorting department but it has happened. They catch this error 99.99% of the time and re-direct it to you. This slows down the process but usually ends after a while in your mailbox

4) Package stops moving somewhere during transit and sits there for a month! - This is a VERY rare case but it has happened as well. Most of the times it starts moving again and in very, very, VERY rare occasion it just never moves again to the point that we consider it lost. IF this ever happens, do not worry, we will take care of you but we have to wait at least 20 business days in order to open a case with USPS and try to locate your package. PLEASE DO NOT open a claim yourself, otherwise, we won't be able to help you!.

5) If your order is marked as delivered and you didn't receive it, this could be due to many reasons such as: a neighbor might have it, the mailman marked it as delivered by mistake and will deliver it the next business day, somebody in your household got the package and didn't tell you, it is hidden somewhere near your front door, it got stolen, it's in between a stack of junk mail, you provided the wrong address or wrong house/apartment number/zip code, etc.

6) Package was out for delivery and then it never updated again or says something like "we couldn't access your location". This has happened a couple times before and this could either be because the mailman did not scan the package and marked it as "delivered" and it is sitting inside your mailbox or because the mailman for some reason didn't have enough time to deliver it and will try again the next business day OR because he/she didn't have access to your mailbox or your mailbox was full and the mailman decided to either try again the next business day or leave it in front of your door.

Please check everywhere to see if you can find it. If not, please wait to see if they deliver it the next day but it is a good idea to contact them ASAP and ask them why they didn't deliver it that day.

7) Your address is incorrect. This is a rare case but it has happened a couple times where our customers enter their own address incorrectly and the package either gets delivered to a different location or it gets sent back to us. PLEASE when placing an order check and double check that your address is correct.

If your package gets delivered to the wrong address we cannot do anything about that. If it gets sent back to us we will re-send it to you, and depending on the size of your order we will send it again for free or charge you a new shipping fee.

You could try and contact your local post office to see if they can recover it or re-direct it back to you but we don't even think that is a possibility.

NOTE: Please keep in mind, whichever is your case and if it is listed above or not, we cannot control what the Post Office (or UPS) does after we drop-off your package. We do our best to get your badges out-the-door as fast as possible and these type of scenarios are out of our hands.

Please contact your carrier and provide them with your tracking number to see if they can offer you additional information other than the one showing on their website when you enter the tracking number.

We cannot locate your package or tell you when it will arrive if it has been delayed, but, what we can tell you is... worst case scenario do not panic, we will take care of you but we have to investigate first and wait a little bit to make sure your package has been lost then we will proceed to replacing it and providing you with a new tracking number.

If you entered a wrong address during checkout then there is really not much we can do for you other than maybe offer you a small discount on a new order.

Where can I see pictures of the badges? All the pictures I see on the website are computer images
Due to the high number of badge designs that we have, and since we are constantly adding new designs pretty much daily, is it easier for us to upload computer generated images of the badges to keep a consistent and clean look throughout the website. But, we are planning on adding actual product images to our website, Facebook and Instagram pages. We will be updating these sections as much as possible.

Contact us if you need to see an actual picture of the badge, we will be more than happy to assist you with that!

Can you add color to the badges?
The short answer is NO. Our badges can only be silver and black. We do not like to paint or print our badges to avoid any potential fading. We have tested our badges for many years and we do not want to re-invent the wheel. We like to keep it simple and consistent.

What is your return policy?
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us with your questions or concerns prior to sending back any item(s) or your return won't be accepted.

If you qualify for a Refund please send back the item(s) to us and provide a tracking #. Customer handles and pays the shipping costs to send the item(s) back to us. You will get a refund for your original purchase amount minus the original shipping cost and a 20% re-stocking fee after we receive and inspect your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer takes care of the returning process, this means you will have to pay to return the item and provide a tracking number to us, this cost will not be included in your final refund.

NOTE: Not only we highly suggest that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number but we also recommend that you add some sort of insurance as we are not responsible if the package gets damaged or lost in transit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. For example, custom made Badges that were not originally on our website and you asked us to design/make for you). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or wholesale/bulk orders.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong badge and would like to exchange it for another one, please make sure that you are within the 5-day exchange/return period and that you send us an email notifying us that you wish to exchange a badge.

Exchanges could be handled two ways, please make sure that you choose either one and let us know:

1) You send the item that you wish to exchange back to us. Please make sure that you provide us with a tracking # and also that the package is insured in case it gets lost/damaged during transit, as we won't be responsible for this. Once we receive the item back, we will send you the replacement and email you the new tracking #.

2) If you want to receive the correct badge faster and don't want to wait for us to first get your incorrect badge back and then send you a replacement, it would be better if you place a new order for the badge that you actually want and send us the other one back (with tracking and insurance) and once we receive it, we will process a partial refund which would be the cost of the badge that you wanted to exchange minus the original shipping cost of the order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item (minus the original shipping costs and a 20% re-stocking fee) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
